Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us at urbannestlab@163.com before sending an item and include your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.

Return Eligibility and Packaging Requirements

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the condition received. It must include its original product packaging, labels or tags, manuals, accessories, and any promotional items supplied with the order.

Pack the product securely inside suitable protective outer packaging. Do not attach shipping labels, tape, or writing directly to the original retail packaging. Items that are incomplete, used, damaged after delivery, or inadequately packaged may be refused or may receive a reduced refund where permitted by law.

This is the physical return address for approved returns. Do not send a parcel to our registered business address. Do not send cash-on-delivery parcels. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until the return and refund are completed.

Return Shipping Costs

For preference-based returns, including a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, size, or quantity, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

If we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, RSZYYC will provide the appropriate instructions and cover eligible return shipping costs when a return is required. Do not purchase return shipping for such a claim until we have reviewed it and provided instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos or video of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Personalized goods, gift cards, final-sale items, and opened personal-care or hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights or remedies available under the consumer laws that apply in your country or region. Where those laws provide stronger protections, those protections apply.
